Together Culture is growing a community of outrageously curious, open-minded and creative members who care for each other and want to build a more inclusive and ecological Cambridge. Today, we’re introducing you to Sam, a data scientist.

Why did you become a member?

A friend of mine let me know about the space and I was hoping to work outside of my home.

What (if anything) has exceeded your expectations about Together Culture?

The people I have met have enriched my life in a way that I think goes beyond a normal co-working space like WeWork.

How has being a member of Together Culture impacted your wellbeing, if at all?

I received coaching for the first time at Together Culture, it helped me to be more conscious about my life goals and how to achieve them

What would you tell someone who is interested in joining Together Culture?

Go for it.

What is your work / passion and how do you hope to use that at Together Culture?

My field is data science especially where it applies to geographic information. Would Together Culture like any custom maps?

How do you hope the Together Culture membership can change Cambridge?

My hope is that with enough members, vision and leadership we can occupy 17 Fitzroy Street (a listed building previously occupied by Wilko) as a next step. All these people using such a large building each day would contribute to the local economy, helping local shops to thrive, as well as bring more life, fun and community into the city centre.
