Wellbeing for Change
An online workshop series to help you become more comfortable as we adapt to (and shape) our changing world.
There is one certainty in life. Change. These days, the pace and degree of change can feel overwhelming. How do we develop the resilience to adapt with grace and confidence? Can we learn to embrace and celebrate change? Is it possible to shift from reactive to proactive mode and help to shape the change in our lives, our families, our businesses, our communities?
This series of digital workshops was designed by Together Culture Founder, Heather Thomas with the support of two Together Culture members: Louise Sheridan (coach), and Susannah Redhead (clinical psychologist). It is a five session journey through which we hope you shall step into your power, more deeply root your self esteem, and develop tools that help you find ease when confronted with life's more unexpected and challenging moments.
The digital workshops are designed as a series with the hope that each cohort who joins builds a supportive network. However, please do feel free to drop in to individual sessions if you're not able to commit to the full series.
You'll receive the Zoom Link for each session a day before the workshop. Expect each workshop to be interactive. We'll be providing ideas and tools to explore and discuss. After each session, you'll receive a workbook and slides.
