Security Plan

Please outline your plan for hosting your guests and making sure that when people visit the bathroom upstairs, they are being respectful of our members’ work environment. You will need to ensure that you can keep our members’ valuables safe, likely by escorting people to and from the toilet, or not making the first floor available and asking people to use the accessible toilet in the Grafton Centre.

Access for Workspace Members

Members who are key holders need to be able to access Together Culture at any time. Outline how you will ensure that members can make their way through your event.

Marketing approval

All uses of the Together Culture logo, any explanation of what Together Culture is, why Together Culture exists, the Together Culture mission, and reference to any other Together Culture activities MUST be sent to Together Culture for approval at least three working days before publication. This includes any blogs or other media after the event. Our story pack can be downloaded from the Hosting Your Event page, and includes some copy about Together Culture.

Guest sign-in

All guests at Together Culture need to sign in using the QR code at Concierge desk. They can do so using their phone, or the QR scanning app on the Together Culture tablet.
