Our Community Model
Together Culture’s community model is based on Charles Vogl’s inner rings, as detailed in his book ‘The Art of Community: Seven Principles for Belonging’.
Rather than a hierarchy, the model represents different roles, each with varying levels of responsibility for other members of the community - a model based on care.

The Helpers roles are integral to Together Culture, allowing members to contribute to a community that creates the change we all want to see.
